Migration Process:

You will immediately receive acknowledgement that you migration request has been received. You will be migrated within 48 hours and you will receive another confirmation message.

Customer can also migrate by calling 121 or just by visiting banglalink Care Center.

Rules & Regulation:

Regular pre-paid (bonus) tariff & ladies, first! can migrate to desh and desh rang
M2M customers can migrate to standard for once @ Tk. 50
desh & desh rang customers can migrate among each package but not to Regular prepaid (bonus) tariff
Migration from prepaid to postpaid is not possible
