banglalink has an extensive bill collection network in cooperation with different banks and financial institutions. banglalink upper class subscribers can pay bill, advance bill and security deposit by bill copy or banglalink payment slips through these banks during banking hours. Some of the banks have electronic payment options where payment can be made at any convenient time.

banglalink subscribers having Standard Chartered ATM, Dutch Bangla Bank ATM, or Credit Card (Auto Debit), VANIK Card (Auto Debit), Q-Cash and ETN E-Cash Card can pay their local bills through ATM machines & the respective cards.

Standard Chartered account holders can avail the facility of 'Auto Bills Pay'. The mentioned services require prior arrangement with respective bank & card authority.
Internet Banking
BL subscribers can avail internet banking solution provided by Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd., Eastern Bank Limited and Bank Asia Limited.
Via SMS
Only Call & Control and CU Call & Control customers can pay their monthly Bill via SMS.
Call & Control and CU Call & Control customers will type the amount he/she wants to pay in a given format (
PAY<Amount>
) and send SMS to the assigned short code (
3131
).
DD/PAY Order/Cheque
BL postpaid customers can pay their bill by cheque through Bank Asia Ltd. & account holders of Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd. can pay their postpaid bill through cheque at their respective bank branches.

Instant recharge & Enquiry Service is a new service that will allow prepaid customers to:
1. Recharge their account.
2. Enquire about their balance.
How do I use Instant Recharge service?
Type *123* then your 14 digit hidden number followed by # and simply send. Through this process, you will be able to recharge your prepaid account and upon successful recharge, you will receive a confirmation recharge message and the validity period.
