4. What will be the rates in other time bands?
Ans. All the other rates will remain the same in other time bands

5. I am a desh customer. How can I avail the offer?
Ans. Sorry. This promotion is applicable only for desh rang customers, but by migrating to desh rang you can enjoy the offer

6. I have received SMS/VRS from banglalink regarding the new offers. But in I haven't seen any press add yet. Have you really launched such promotion?
Ans. Yes. Banglalink has launched special promotion only for desh rang customers

7. I have added 3 banglalink FnF numbers in my desh rang SIM. How can I enjoy 1 extra FnF?
Ans. Go to message option, write the desired FnF number and send to 3300. Within 24 hrs, your desired FnF number will be added in your FnF list.

8. If I buy a new banglalink desh rang connection, how can I enjoy the new rates?
Ans. You will enjoy the new rates automatically after activating new connection

9. I am a deactive desh rang customer, if I re-active my connection, can I enjoy the new rates?
Ans. Yes, just reactive your SIM and start enjoying the new rates

10. How many times can I change my FnF number for free?
Ans. 4 times for each FnF number

11. Can I add other operator's numbers as my FnF number?
Ans. No. desh rang offers banglalink-banglalink FnF numbers

12. Will I get free SMS for calling to 123 number?
Ans. No. Free SMS will be given only on paid outgoing call

13. Can I get free SMS on making call to other operators?
Ans. Yes.

14. If I make outgoing call after 12am midnight, can I get free SMS on that call?
Ans. Free SMS will given only on paid outgoing calls made between 9am-12am

15. When will I get free SMS?
Ans. Free SMS will be given in the following month on each paid outgoing call made in a particular month. On the 15th of each month, you will get free SMS for the previous month's outgoing call

16. How do I know that I have got free SMS?
Ans. You will get a confirmation SMS from banglalink

17. Can I use free SMS to other operator's mobiles?
Ans. No. Free SMS can be sent to banglalink numbers only

18. What is the validity of free SMS?
Ans. 30 days. After 30 days, free SMS will not carry over

19. Is this a permanent offer?
Ans. This offer will be valid until further notice

20. Is there any limit for free SMS?
Ans. Yes. Maximum 150 SMS will be disbursed. As we have launched the promotion in the middle of the month, customers will get maximum 75 free SMS on paid outgoing call only for the 1st month of the promotion. From 2nd month onward, customers will get maximum 150 free SMS on paid outgoing call

21. I am desh customer. If I migrate to desh rang, what will happen to my FnF numbers?
Ans. If you migrate to desh rang, your off-net FnF numbers (if any) will be deleted and on-net FnF numbers (if any) will remain the same. You can add maximum 4 on-net FnF numbers

22. I am LF customer. If I migrate to desh rang, what will happen to my FnF numbers?
Ans. If you migrate to desh rang, your on-net FnF numbers (if any) will be unchanged. You can add maximum 4 on-net FnF numbers

23. If I migrate to desh from desh rang in the middle of a month, will I get free SMS in the following month for making outgoing call on the 1st half of previous month from desh rang SIM?
Ans. No. You must be in desh rang on the last day of any month for enjoying free SMS in the following month. If you consider April, you must be in desh rang till 30th April 23:59hrs to get free SMS in May. If you remain in desh rang till 29th April and then migrate to desh on 30th April, you will not enjoy free SMS in May

24. If I migrate to desh rang from desh on 5th May, then migrate back to desh on 15th May and again migrate to desh rang on 25th May & remain in desh rang after that, will I enjoy free SMS in June?
Ans. Yes. In this case, you will get free SMS on outgoing calls you made within the number of days you stayed with desh rang in May
