Speech browsing is a unique feature of this service that allows our valued customers to browse the IVR menu and access a variety of content by just saying it loud. They will be able to select the language, desired category content and download options as well as browse the menu via the voice recognition system.
This service is available in both Bangla & English and can be accessed through any handset. The Voice Portal allows you to browse and download an exciting range of services including ring tones, greetings, news, jokes, cricket services, horoscope, recipes and a lot more.
If you want to listen to the cricket score, you simply have to say 'Cricket' and will be taken to the cricket menu. If you want to download a ring tone you just have to say 'Ring tones'. Next, you can choose the type of Ring tone by saying 'English' and then download it on your phone.
