Availing the smart50 offer, banglalink desh rang customers can now get 50 minutes of talk-time and 50 SMS for paying only 30 Tk. .

To avail smart50, banglalink desh rang customers need to dial *132*1# and in return they will get a return message for confirmation. To confirm, customers will need to press 1, and dial.

Q1. Who are eligible to avail the promotion?
A1. This offer is applicable only for banglalink prepaid new & existing desh rang customers

Q2. What is the new offer?
A2. desh rang customers can avail smart 50 on net minutes & 50 on net SMS at only Tk. 30 (excluding VAT) through USSD. 50 minutes & 50 SMS can be used from 9am-12am & will have 7 days validity

Q3. How can I avail the promotion?
A3. You can avail this offer by sending an USSD request to *132*1#. Type *132*1# in your handset. You will get a reply SMS from banglalink which will allow you to accept or reject the purchasing request. Press 1 to accept the purchasing request. After that, you will receive a confirmation SMS for buying 50 minutes & 50 SMS successfully. You will be charged Tk. 30 for each successful USSD request. 15% VAT will apply with Tk. 30 charge

Q4. Can I use the smart 50 minutes & SMS from 12am-9am?
A4. No

Q6. Can I use smart minutes & SMS to any mobile?
A6. No, you can use smart 50 minutes only to banglalink numbers excluding FnF numbers & smart 50 SMS can be used to any banglalink number

A7. Sorry. Smart 50 minutes can be used to on net numbers excluding FnF numbers & smart 50 SMS can be used to any banglalink number

Q8. How many times can I buy minutes & SMS?
A8. As many times as you want during the promotion

Q9. Will I be charged for sending USSD like SMS?
A9. You will not be charged for sending USSD like SMS. But Tk. 30 (15% VAT applicable) will be deducted from your account for purchasing each smart pack

Q10. If I don't have enough balance in my account, can I buy smart 50?
A10. No. You will need to recharge sufficient amount to buy the smart

Q11. If I buy smart minutes & SMS for multiple times in a week, what will be the validity?
A11. If you buy multiple smart 50 before expiring the validity of your previously bought smart 50 while having remaining smart minutes & SMS in your account, longer validity will prevail. But if you buy multiple smart 50 after expiring the validity of previously bought smart 50, you will get 7 days validity for the newly purchased smart 50

Q12. I have bought one smart 50 on 20th June and finished 50 minutes & 15 SMS within 24th June. I have bought another smart 50 on 25th June. What will be the validity of my total smart minutes & SMS?
A12. As you haven't finished all the SMS from 50 SMS and purchased another smart 50 before expiring validity of previous smart pack, validity of your total smart minutes & SMS will be till 1st July

Q13. I have sufficient balance in my account to avail the offer. Do I need to recharge again for availing the offer?
A15. You can recharge any time as per your need but if you have sufficient balance in your account, you can avail the offer at once by sending purchasing request through USSD

A16. Yes

Q15. I am a desh customer. Am I eligible for this promotion?
A17. Sorry, this promotion is applicable only for desh rang customers. You can migrate to desh rang for availing the promotion

A18. No. This offer is applicable only for desh rang customers.

Ans: desh rang is a banglalink prepaid product mainly based on on-net and SMS loving customers.

2. Why will I buy desh rang?
Ans: You will buy desh rang for the following competitive reasons:

    Ans: New customers can buy desh rang SIM from the market. Also, existing customers can migrate to desh rang writing "DR" and sending to 210.

    6. How long can it take to migrate to desh rang?
    Ans: 48 hours after receiving migration processing request

    7. What will happen during these 48 hours?
    Ans: Customers will enjoy existing package's tariff plan & features. After 48 hours of successful migration, customers will enjoy new package's tariff plan & features

    8. What is post - migration effect from desh/LF to desh rang?
    Ans: When customers will be migrated to desh rang successfully,
  • His/her all below things will remain the same
  • Language setting
  • Validity
  • Balance
  • Bonus (if applicable) with same validity to be used the bonus
  • The below things will change:
  • Tariff
  • FnF numbers will be deleted- new FnF number should be re-set
  • Bonus on recharge (if regular customer migrates to new desh rang)

    9. How much will customers charged for migration?
    Ans: It is free.

    10. What is the charge of sending SMS to 210?
    Ans: Free

    11. Can customers enjoy M2M/standard connection facility in desh rang?
    Ans: Yes, both M2M & standard connections is available in desh rang

    12. If one customer, enjoying banglalink prepaid M2M connection, migrate to desh rang, what will happen with his/her connectivity?
    Ans: S/he will remain M2M customer even after migrating to desh rang. They can migrate to desh rang standard connection by typing "MTS/mts" and sending to 210

    13. What will happen with FnF number/s after migrating to desh rang?
    Ans: All the off-net FnF numbers (if any) will be deleted and on-net FnF numbers will remain the same. desh rang customers can add maximum 4 on-net FnF numbers.

    14. How many times the FnF number can be deleted /changed for free?
    Ans: 4 times per year and after that changing or deleting charge will apply (Tk. 25)

    15. What will be the tariff plan for desh rang?
    Ans: The tariff plan for desh rang is below:

    * 60 sec pulse will apply for calls to any banglalink number 12 am to 9 am, to banglalink FnF numbers 24 hours and calls to other operators' numbers. For any other calls, 30 sec. pulse will apply.

    16. What will happen to free airtime with new connections after migrating to desh rang?
    Ans: After migrating to desh rang, free airtime with new connections will remain the same with same conditions

    17. What will happen if a Regular customer migrates to desh rang having 'bonus on recharge' balance in his/her account?
    Ans: Balance will not be transferred as 'bonus on recharge' is not a feature of desh rang

    18. What will happen if a desh/LF customer migrates to desh rang and s/he has bonus minutes on incoming balance in his/her account?
    Ans: Bonus will carry over

    19. What will happen with the VAS related tariff in desh rang?
    Ans: desh VAS tariff will apply on new desh rang as well including charge to 121, 212, and 01911310900
