The Service
banglalink provides their upper class customers with a facility which is faster, more convenient and helpful. No need to stand in long, never ending bank queues. Now you can pay your banglalink post-paid bill through ATM machines within minutes.
Requirement
You will need to have a "Q-Cash" or an "E-Cash" ATM card in order to pay the bill. Any E-Cash or Q-Cash card holder can pay bills for any banglalink post-paid number.
E-Cash
The E-Cash ATM network (Electroways Network) is maintained by Electronic Transactions Network Ltd (ETN). ETN has agreement with the following banks:
1. Agrani Bank
2. Bank Asia Limited
3. Dhaka Bank Limited
4. Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited
5. National Bank Limited
6. NCC Bank Limited
7. Social Investment Bank Limited
8. Southeast Bank Limited
9. State Bank of India.
ATM Sites of E-Cash
Below is a list of ATM sites from where E-Cash card holders can pay banglalink post-paid bill:

E-Cash card holders can enlist a few numbers to the banks and pay bills for only those numbers, or they can pay bills for any banglalink post-paid numbers. This policy might vary from bank to bank. The ATM screenshots shown in here denotes "non-enlisted" bill payment.
How to Pay Your Bill Using E-Cash:
After inserting your E-Cash card in to the ATM machine, you can pay the bills by following the on-screen instructions.

The Q-Cash ATM network is maintained by IT Consultants Ltd. (ITC). ITC has agreement with the following banks:
1. Arab Bangladesh Bank
2. IFIC Bank
3. Janata Bank

5. Jamuna Bank Ltd.
6. Eastern Bank Ltd.
7. Pubali Bank Ltd.
