Muhammad Arshad
Customer Care Director

Muhammad Arshad joined banglalink with valuable senior management exposure and insight of the business planning & operations while working in these functions, preparing and implementing different plans & policies and accepting different systems. He has more than 10 years of experience in managing customer service by enhancing customers' experience. He has worked many key customer service areas and directly handled different customer operations functions like front end, Call Center, Quality Assurance & Training, Franchisee Support Management, Churn Control, Credit & Collection, Billing operations as well as Back office operations support.

Prior to joining banglalink, Arshad was the Director Quality Assurance & Training and Churn Control in Mobilink (Orascom's subsidiary in Pakistan) and before that he was the National Manager Customer Operations in Paktel.

Arshad holds an MBA from IBA (Lahore, Pakistan) and a B. Sc in Mathematics & Physics.
