easy bill enquiry
To know your outstanding bill, go to the message option in your mobile, type BILL and send SMS to 121. Alternatively you can call our care line to know your updated bill.

bill payment through i'top up
You can now pay your postpaid bill at your nearest i'top up point. Carrying the postpaid connection is not essential while paying the bill; hence anyone can pay the bill on your behalf. Bill amount can be within Tk.100 to Tk.100,000. Your bills will be updated within a very short time. Personal call & control customers can only recharge their accounts through i'top up points.

bill payment through cash (bank counter)
You can pay your bills by cash in any banglalink sales and care center or banglalink point.

    bill payment through ATM
    banglalink subscribers having Standard Chartered Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, Bank Asia, Eastern Bank, Southeast Bank, Dhaka Bank, Trust Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, Brac bank ATM or Visa/MasterCard Credit card (Auto Debit), VANIK Card (Auto Debit), Q-Cash and ETN E-Cash Card can pay their local bills through ATM machines & the respective cards.

    bill payment through IVR
    banglalink customers having their account in Standard Chartered Bank or SCB credit card can also pay their bills through the banks IVR (Interactive Voice Response). This service requires prior arrangement with the bank. auto bill payment (auto debit) Standard Chartered Bank, Dhaka Bank, Brac Bank, Trust Bank, Mutual Trust, Eastern Bank account holders or credit card holders can avail the facility of "Auto Billspay". The bill of the customer will be debited automatically from the bank account or credit card account of the customer. This service requires prior arrangement with the bank.

    bill payment through SMS
    banglalink customers having their account in Dutch Bangla Bank & Brac Bank can also pay their bills through SMS. DBBL account hoders please send the SMS to 3225, and Brac Bank account holders please send the SMS to 3939. This service requires prior arrangement with the bank.

    Personal call & control customers can also pay their monthly line rent (and other charges) via SMS. To make payment through SMS, write PAY followed by the amount you intend to pay (line rent + VAT) and send to 3131. The requested amount will be collected from your account within 24 hours (subject to availability of balance) and a confirmatory SMS will be sent. In case you do not have sufficient balance you will be notified through an SMS.

    bill payment through i-banking
    Dutch Bangla Bank, Dhaka Bank, Trust Bank, Standard Chartered Bank account holders can also pay their bills through i-banking. This service requires prior arrangement with the bank.
